The Singing Trooper Concert

Sunday April 5, 2020 3:00 p.m. Inspirational & Spiritual Music

On Sunday afternoon, April 5 at 3 pm the "Singing Trooper," Daniel Clark, and his wife Mary Colarusso Clark, will be performing a concert of spiritual and inspirational music at our church. This is a "pass the hat" free-will event. All donations will benefit the Window Capital Campaign to restore the church's historic stained glass windows.

Daniel has been performing since his youth in All State Choirs in High School and at the Young Vocalist Program at Tanglewood. He sang for the United States Marines while serving for four years. He has performed the National Anthem for the N.E. Patriots, Boston Red Sox, Bruins, and Celtics. He also performed "Danny Boy" with Donnie Osmond on the Donnie and Marie Show. He has sung for both Maestro, Harry Ellis Dickson and the legendary Keith Lockhart, the Boston Pops and at Symphony Hall.

Dan's wife Mary is a coloratura soprano at the Boston Conservatory of Music. Mary has been the lead soprano for both the Lowell Opera and the Boston Bel Canto Opera companies. She has also performed for Harry Ellis Dickson and the Boston Civic Symphony. Mary, too, has sung the National Anthem for the Patriots, Bruins, Celtics and aboard the USS Constitution.

Mary and Dan have performed for former President and First Lady Barbara Bush as part of their efforts during the Bush-Clinton Katrina relief. Refreshments will be served following the concert.
