We will be having both in person and Zoom services this Sunday at 10:30 a.m. Zoom will be live from inside the church. We know the Zoom quality has been poor since we started sending out from our church building on 8/9. We are pleased to report that audio has greatly improved but there are still glitches. We are working on solutions and thank you for your patience.

There has been some difficulty for those on Zoom to hear what is being said by members actually attending worship in the church, and those attending worship in the church clearly hearing what is being said by those on Zoom, so, we are asking you that if you have an announcement or a prayer request PLEASE email it to us in advance by 9 P.M. Saturday evening at info@marylyonchurch.org or call Anita at 413-625-6481 who will print them out to give to Rich Sunday morning. Rich will read announcements and prayer requests from the pulpit so all should be able to hear whether on Zoom or at the church.
Anyone who wishes to go inside the church for the service will need to make a reservation by calling call Anita at 413-625-6481 before Sunday morning. We don’t want to have to turn anyone away due to state mandated limits. If you want the Zoom service, no reservation is required, just follow the link or call in as we have done in the past months. Only the people who are going inside the church for the service need to call for reservations and need to wear masks and follow other posted protocols.

If you want to join by telephone instead, please call 1-929-205-6099 US (East Coast) This could be a toll call for you depending on your telephone contract/provider. The area code 929 is a New York exchange. We have folks willing to offer options to avoid charges or cover the charges if this will be a financial hardship increasing your telephone bill. Please reach out to us via email at info@marylyonchurch.org or call the pastor, the church, or the help phone number below.
Meeting ID by telephone is 471 271 2249. If you are asked for a Password it is 01338 No participant ID is necessary-if you get a recording to enter participant ID, just press the "#" key.
If you have any problems accessing the meeting or have issues with long distance phone charges, please call us for help at 413-320-1615.
For computers and tablets, you will likely be asked to "Join with Computer Audio", which is recommended. You will need a microphone and a speaker. We suggest that you check your computer to make sure the audio is working, and the volume is turned up. Also, a camera is helpful (but not necessary).
For a smartphone, you may need to download the Zoom app beforehand (free).
TIP: We have learned that users must allow/download the most recent Zoom release. On a smart phone or tablet you may need to check the app store. On a computer, after you have downloaded the update, you may have to either close and restart your internet connection and/or shutdown and restart your computer. Since everyone’s systems and phones are different, we are not able to give you exact detailed instructions.
