Hilltown Churches Food Pantry Annual Meeting

Hilltown Churches Food Pantry Annual Meeting

Saturday, September 28, 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm
Ashfield Congregational Church, 429 Main Street, Ashfield MA 01330

Dear Hilltown Churches Food Pantry supporters,

You are invited to attend the annual meeting of our Hilltown Churches Food Pantry which will be held on September 28, at noon at the UCC Ashfield Church on Main Street in Ashfield. It will be a potluck and meeting.

We have invited FNP, Meg Ryan, from FRCOG to come and talk to us about the wellness clinic she holds at the first food pantry distribution of each month.

Also, Kristen Tillona-Baker will talk to us about our collaboration with The Mary Lyon Foundation which brings food to many of the Mohawk School District families who are unable to come to our pantry to pick up their food. This is an important foundation block for helping children to learn and live up to their potential.

We hope you will be able to join us as we reflect on our past year and look forward to our next year of feeding those in need.

The Hilltown Churches Food Pantry distributes food from Friendship Hall, downstairs at the Ashfield Congregational Church. It serves those in need from the eleven hill towns of Ashfield, Buckland, Charlemont, Colrain, Conway, Hawley, Heath, Monroe, Plainfield, Rowe and Shelburne. There is no proof of residency in one of these eleven towns required to participate in the Food Pantry, nor is there any income requirement. Anyone is welcome to come for food at our distribution times. If you need food, please come and sign up.
